The Small IC Feeders (SIFs) are designed for feeding components such as 8, 14, or 16 lead SOICs, MSOPs, TSOPs, and TSSOPs up to 28 lead. The feeders solve the common problems experienced when using vibratory or belt feeders for the smallest of these type of components. Problems such as jams, component being lost from the pick point, and difficulty picking because of mold flash are eliminated using these feeders.The feeders are also very versatile. Converting the feeder to feed a different component package only takes a few minutes.
